Is Saudi Arabia trying to make more money or could they truly not make up for less supply in Libya?
Libya has higher quality oil with less sulfur then Saudi oil, how much would that make a difference. BloonbergTV: Oil prices rise due to Saudi Arabia fallowing short making up for lack of Libyan oil supply.
